Terms of service

1. Payment Policy Accepted Currency: We only accept payments in Euros (€). If you send funds in any other currency or fail to cover conversion fees, your order will not be processed, and funds will not be refunded. Payment Notes / Remarks: Ensure you follow payment instructions precisely (e.g., PayPal notes/memo). Any mistakes made during the checkout process are strictly the customer’s responsibility. 2. Replacements & Warranty All Sales Are Final: We do not offer money-back refunds under any circumstances. We provide Product Replacements Only. Warranty Eligibility: To claim a warranty replacement, you must provide: A valid Invoice ID from our website. A clear, unedited video recording showing the checkout/delivery and demonstrating that the product is non-functional from the moment of receipt. Feedback Requirement: You must leave feedback on your purchase to maintain your warranty. No feedback = voided warranty. 3. Support & Discord Etiquette Spam & Pings: Do not spam or ping support staff unnecessarily or repeatedly on Discord. Doing so may result in a timeout, a permanent server ban, or the immediate termination of support/product delivery without a refund. Negative Reviews: Leaving unfair or malicious negative feedback without first attempting to resolve the issue via support will result in an immediate ban and blacklisting from RZ Services.
